tiny tiny red spots all over stomach that come and go.  doesn't hurt, itch, and is flat. only appear on stomach and chest.  very very small, help.

This could be: a common "heat rash"

Are you exposed to warm temperatures when the rash appears??

i have 3 isolated red spots on my body, it appears to be petechea. one the neck, one on the chest and other on the lower stomach. they are tiny and slightly bumpy. should i be worried? , should i watch for now ?

Rash: with what you describe is sounds like folliculitis or inflammation/infection of the hair follicles.  Do you shave these areas?  With rashes, as a doctor, we must see and feel the rash to really be able to diagnose and treat.  Best to see your health care provider to check this rash.  Best of luck.

after getting out of the shower 5 days ago i noticed a small group of red spots on my stomach (underneath my navel) they have since disappeared and now a light bruise has appeared. now today on getting out of the hot shower i noticed some more?

: Is the water hitting you with any force that could account for the redness and bruising? Is it possible to decrease the force at which the water is hitting you? If that is not an issue perhaps you should see a dermatologist to help diagnose the issue. Treatment will depend on diagnosis. Good luck!

Dermatologist: I recommend that a dermatologist examine and treat you. I would be concerned about insect bites such as can occur with bed bugs. Another possibility is some sort of allergic reaction to soap, detergents or some other agents you are exposed to.

Bites?: Without a full history and exam of these lesions it is only speculation, but if you awoke with these it seems likely that you were either bitten by something or that this was a contact dermatitis.  Cannot, however, exclude the possibility that these were caused prior to your going to sleep.  See a doctor, maybe a dermatologist.

Hives: Sounds like hives. If they itch, look like a mosquito-bite, and come & go, then it is likely hives. Try an otc antihistamine.

May be  hives: This sounds like hives. They often come out at  the end  of the day.  You can confirm this with your  physician or see a dermatologist

little bit just this time to let the poop out. have a very small exterior hemorrhoids. any thoughts about it?

?blood on stool: I wouldn't blame ketchup but can't be sure about tomatoes. Hemorrhoids cause bright red blood. This doesn't sound serious, however your physician can do a simple test on your stool to check for blood if you still have concerns.
