The three musketeers: Three bumps on three toes, one on each might not be warts. If they are located in a similar position on all the toes involved, then the cause could very well be shoe pressure. Shoes with a low toe box or having a snug fit could rub the toes in a symmetrical pattern across the toes leaving three small bumps.

i have tiny hard red bumps in-between my big toe and the next toe. and the skin is peeling off around them. but they don't hurt or itch.

I would apply : A topical over the counter hydrocortisone cream three times a day and see if this gets better. It sounds like a dermatitis. Many times over the counter may not be strong enough but its worth a shot before seeing a doctor.

Heat : Heat rash (miliaria rubra) occurs when your sweat glands become blocked and sweat is trapped under the skin.  This can cause a red rash that can either look like little blisters or larger red lumps.  It can be itchy or "prickly" which is why many people refer to it as prickly heat.  Even though it can be annoying, the good news is that it usually resolves on its own.  You can help by preventing sweating such as staying in a cool environment, wear lightweight clothing of breathable material (like cotton), and limiting physical activity in the heat.  Calamine lotion can help with the itch.  Good luck!

Possible allergy: Causes of this type of localized itchy rash include contact dermatitis from clothing, creams, etc  or allergic reaction to insect bites.Cortisone cream may help.

To start with...: It may be athlete's foot. The best otc medication (in my opinion) is lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra. Socks should be a synthetic material like those manufactured by thorlo [http://www.Thorlo.Com/]. Dilute vinegar soaks are good as well.  Dry the inside of your shoes by placing them up-side down over an air return vent at home overnight. If this doesn't make things better in a couple days, see a podiatrist.

: Could be a reaction to the sting but delayed reaction. Can try over the counter Cortaid 10. Cortisone cream. If after a couple of day if still a problem see your family doctor or a podiatrist.
