Fungal Infection?: The differential diagnosis on this is fairly limited.  Most commonly a fungal infection/ allergy can be the culprit.  However, it could be something more difficult, such as a herpetic infection, or exotic like pemphigus.  I would recommend a trip to your Dentist for visual examination and possible medication/treatment.

Gingivitis and flu: You have 2 separate conditions. 1. Bleeding gums can be a sign that you are at risk for, or already have, gum disease. See your dentist. 2. Seasonal flu is very common viral infection. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. Nsaids (e.g. Aleve) are also recommended every 6 hours for pain. If concerned, see your pcp.

i started with a cold sore and now have many more all over my mouth. i also have red bumps on the back of my tongue and throat. my gums are inflamed and bleed when i brush my teeth, and seem to be cut up. is that a side effect of herpes too?

Dr. can check throat: Throat pain can be from strep throat (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause. One's FIRST case of oral herpes can cause mouth sores from front to back. Later recurrences should cause cold sores on or near the lips. To lessen mouth pain, one can see her doctor and ask about mouth rinses (some contain anesthetic, Maalox, Benadryl, etc.).

Razor bumps: It sounds like razor bumps.  If you are using a razor on either of those areas...that’s the likely cause. If not, some sort of ectopic dermatitis is a possibility.  See a dermatologist.

Staph Infections: Yes. Of course.  I am not sure why you have not gone to the doctor. This is not a kind of infection and not a place to just wait and let it get worse.  Please get to your family doctor urgently.

A picture is worth..: ..a thousand words.  There are NUMEROUS causes of tiny red bumps on skin that itch. Contact allergy (touching something irritating), ingesting something allergic (food, drugs), dry skin or eczema, scabies (itch mites), other insect bites, infection. You can try OTC cortisone cream, and if not better soon, see your doctor. Best wishes!
