You have...: You have a vaginal yeast infection.  I recommend getting over the counter vaginal cream or suppositories (Miconazole or Monistat).  Use either the 3 day or 7 day.  The one day, though effective, is frequently more irritating.  If no improvement after using this, be sure to follow up with your doctor.

Pain in labia: you can do soak in a few inches of lukewarm water in the tub several times a day for relief.  You should also be seen by your gyn to rule out infections like herpes.

Bump: Don't be embarrassed. But  have it checked by your physician. It could be just irritated skin or a small ingrown hair or a cyst or viral or bacterial infection. Your doctor can plan your treatment better if she/ he can actually sees it .

: First thing is to see the Gynecologist for proper evaluation, examination and management. And if not planning pregnancy ,  practice safe sex. At age 20, the future is a long way and you do not want to travel it burdened with ill health if you can avoid it.

It is a byproduct of unbalanced vaginal flora which can be caused by antibiotic use, stress and hormonal changes. To treat: use OTC yeast infection suppositories/cream containing miconazole or clotrimazole. Take a probiotic and lots of fluids to help restore your balance. Avoid douching/ fragrance sprays around the genitals
