Hard to tell: If this involves only one side and follows a dermatome pattern (google dermatone) , then this may be the beginning stage of shingles which will likely become painful later on. On the other hand, it is hard to tell what you may have given the scanty amount of information and vague description.

itchy bumps on my thigh, what could they be? some turned into black bruises.started about a week ago on my left thigh, now on my right and shoulder too.

Dermatitis: Sounds like you have a dermatitis (not otherwise specified) and an exam would define it more specifically.  Most dermatitis like, itchy skin eruptions can be treated with a topical steroid and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) as an antihistamine (which can also help with the itch).  If severe, then get derm eval.  Best wishes.

i have some colourless itchy bumps on my skin. primarily on my wrists, feet, ankles, tops of the arm and shoulder. it's itching like crazy?

See doctor: It is hard to tell what may be causing it without a direct exam.  Nonetheless you may try taking antihistamines to see if they help.  A dermatology consult may be required if antihistamine does not help or the problem is getting worse. Any new drug or supplement introduced within the month prior to the onset of the rash may be a suspect also.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try an over the counter anti-histaminic. If that does not help or your symptoms worsen, especially if you develop breathing difficulty, see a doctor or go to ER.

Nickel allergy: Nickel allergy from the snaps on blue jeans or a metal belt buckle is a common cause of an itchy red rash near the umbilicus (belly button).  A dermatologist or allergist can confirm using an allergy patch test.

Folliculitis?: Could be inflammed hair follicles. However it is impossible to give exact answer from brief DES ription. A trial of acne cream in one area may help.If persists see md. 5 months is long enough to wait for it to go away.

May be lip eczema: Itchy bumps on lips might be lip eczema, which can be treated like skin eczema, using hydrocortisone cream (twice a day for 1 week) plus Vaseline or Aquaphor to retain moisture. Sometimes lip balm or lip sunscreen chemicals cause an allergic reaction. Other times, a person is a primary lip-licker (it's her habit). Once cracked, lips get irritated by routine foods and juices. A doctor can help.
