Not Ca: A small lump  above the testis essentially refers to  a process in the spermatic cord high in the scrotum.  May be a small clot in the spermatic vein or adjacent structure.  In rare instances a malignancy develops in the distal spermatic cord presenting as a growing mass in the upper scrotum.  If the lump you feel starts growing, have it checked by urologist.

Sure, all sizes!: Just look at the full range of sizes available in a shoe store -- people come in all shapes and sizes, and feet (or any other body part) can be different sizes in proportion to our whole body size. Remember cinderella? Nobody else could squeeze their feet into her tiny glass slipper! same for guys -- if there's less of you to fit into boots, that must just mean there's more of you somewhere else!

Brachydactyly: Brachydactyly  is shortening of fingers/toes and gives the feet a small appearance. There are a number of potential causes of small feet. When I lived in China there were still older women who had bound feet- It was considered more attractive to have very small feet.

See a physician: Many skin conditions can have similar appearances.  Short of taking a biopsy for analysis, there is no way of knowing 100% what the lesions on your feet may be.  Common conditions on the foot that may resemble small black dots could be plantar warts or plantar keratoderma.  I would advise evaluation by a podiatrist or dermatologist.
