this could be an inflamed cyst, small abscess, or clogged Bartholin's gland. A gynecologist or dermatologist can usually make the diagnosis with a visual exam.  If necessary, surgical drainage of a cyst or abscess could be done, or an excision of the bump, if it is determined that a biopsy is needed.  It is unlikely that it is a tumor, but it would be wise to have a proper exam done of the bump, as soon as possible.

my pelvic bone hurts and my penis has become swollen. penis is curving to the right with a big bump on left side. this just happened suddenly 2 days ago and it looks worse than yesterday. i havent had sex in years. is this a bacterial infection?

Yes: Without more info the first thing an emergency physician would want to know is if the pregnancy is in the uterus where it belongs. An ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy growing somewhere else and can be life threatening to the mother. An ultrasound will provide the needed information. Go to the er or see your obstetrician right away. Other causes may be simple stretching pain, a miscarriage, or uti.

Skin Issue: Most likely this is a skin issue.  However, if the "hard lump" is deeper inside your abdomen, it could be a fibroid or an enlarged uterus.  Go have your doctor check it out if you are worried or it does not go away.

Depends: Knot is a pretty vague term, and the pelvic bones, by definition extend around the hips. So it's really hard to answer the question with a lot of accuracy. They could be caused infectious abscesses, cysts, fat deposits, lymph nodes, a baby... The possibilities are pretty broad without more information.
