Probably pompholyx: If these are small water-like blisters, this sounds like pompholyx ( dyshidrotic eczema ), although fungal infection or other conditions may also be the cause.  Staph is usually associated with yellow fluid/pus. Recommend you see a physician or dermatologist for definitive diagnosis and treatment.

See a dermatologist: How do you know they are bites? You need a skin specialist to endever to define this. When you go, bring all pills, creams, and soaps that you use. Ask everybody associated with you if they have any similar symptoms.

Dyshidrotic Eczema: Dyshidrotic eczema is a type of eczema (dermatitis) of unknown cause that is characterized by a pruritic vesicular eruption on the fingers, palms, and soles. The condition may be acute, recurrent, or chronic. A more appropriate term for this vesicular eruption is pompholyx, which means bubble. The clinical course of dyshidrotic eczema can range from self-limited to dibilitating.

Depends on the cause: There are many types and causes of skin blisters.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections and insect bites can cause blisters on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Dyshydrosis?: Most rashes &amp; skin conditions are best diagnosed by being seen by doc &amp; if condition worsens, I suggest U see dermatologist. But your description is suggestive of a condition with many names, dyshydrosis being one of them. getting small watery blisters on fingers and it is recurring. facing the problem from last 5years..what can be cause and how to cure this? any pills?

Atopic Dermatitis: Are they very small (pin head) and itchy?  If so it could be contact dermatitis which would recur for 5 years particularly when exposed to the offending agent.  Hot water typically makes it feel better in the moment but worse in the big picture.  Treatment - steroid cream and limit exposure to offending agent (plants, cleaning agents, soaps are among many possibilities).

Let it alone: As long as the skin is intact you could just follow it. If it is open i would recommend carefully clearing away the dead skin.
