Normal and not: Tongue ridges, or fissures, are normal anatomy.  Burning,  tingling, swelling, and lump require more investigation.  Please see both an ear/nose/throat specialist and your dentist for further evaluation.

Lump: Any pain, bleeding, or as in your case swelling should be evaluated.  Important that you see your Dentist immediately.  Most likely cause would be spreading infection, but there are many other possibilities.
