These are not normal findings, and if you've had them for some time, it really needs to be evaluated by a physician, who can do a physical exam, run some lab tests, and also discuss your history in more detail, and recommend a plan. Get it checked: You may be having only fluid in the ear (serous otitis media), but there may also be something more. Do have your clinician check it out to see if more tests are required. Hope that helps.

Headaches are: unusual for stroke but tingling/numbness on one side of the head is definitely suspect.  Though there are other things that could cause numbness tingling, such as atypical migraine or neuralgia/ facial nerve paralysis.  Please check with your healthcare provider and get the help you need, but be calm and don't worry as much.

Possible migraine: Vertebro basilar migraine could cause similar symptoms. Treatment would be same as any other migraine. See a neurologist.

Occipital neuralgia: This is called occipital neuralgia.  It is just a type of headache, usually due to neck spasms or inflammation of that nerve due to a virus.  I would talk to your doctor about going on a course of steroids to see if it goes away
