Can be: Sensory changes can occur after cutting any skin in your body.  Most settle down or go away in a few months. Some take up to 18 months to mature to its final feeling.

Get Checked: If the heel life change was too dramatic height wise id could have changed your gait and affected your back.
Persistent numbness and tingling is usually due to nerve irritation.

Numb leg: This would be unusual. Get xrays of your back to make sure you do not have arthritis in your back with a pinched nerve causing the symptoms in your leg.

Nerve testing: The level you are describing for you disc herniation would not be expected to cause the numbness in that area.  I would expect something lower down in the spine.  There are some nerves in the legs that can develop neuropathies.  EMG/NCV testing may help with the diagnosis.  A Physiatrist or Neurologist may help you get to the bottom of you diagnosis.

discomfort left pelvis area up along inside of ribs. feels full or tight. lower back discomfort. tingling above knee/bottom of big toe. if i lay butterfly position legs, pain between leg and pelvis. joint? all on left side. what could cause this?

Neurologist: Low back discomfort combined with tingling in one leg and foot raises suspicion of nerve root impingement by a bulging disc or spur in a lower spine vertebra but pelvis and rib involvement would not be explainable by that disc or spur. I would start with an examination by a neurologist. Appropriate testing will be done. You may then be referred to an orthopedic specialist if deemed advisable.

what would cause very localized tingling in outer knee cap? the sensation happens when i bend inward or outward.

Compression of senso: this can cause by compression of sensory nerve in the groin called meralgia parasthetica , can be diagnosed by NCV nerve test , treated with wearing loss cloths  ,no belt,  steroid injection will relive  the symptoms

See your doctor: You have a lot going on. It's best to be seen in person so you can have an exam and evaluation to figure out whats going on.  It could be a problem with your spine, arthritis or fibromyalgia or pulled muscles.

Compression nerve: Somewhere  you are  compressing a nerve  causing a compression neuropathy.  Stay off the floor  and  ask your physiciasn where you are  compressing the  nerve
