NOPE: Not sure what type of pipe smoking you mean but they are all bad. Tobacco can cause lip and oral; cancers. Other things are illegal and also terrible for you. A lot of other ways to treat anxiety like exercise, meditation, listening to music and getting professional help with therapy, relaxation techniques, and if necessary, medications.
