R/O DISC DISEASE /MS: Your description of the pain sounds neuropathic in nature . You need a full exam and focused Neuro exam. Full lab tests including TFTS /Vit b12/Vit d/ Lyme disease. If symptoms persist an you have increased knee reflexes, MRI of brain would be needed to evaluate for MS. If reflexes are weak or foot drop is present. Mri of lumbar spine is needed to rule out herniated disc or mass effect.

Vertigo: Vertigo is one of many symptoms of TMJ, but there are many other more probable causes. Seek evaluation from a Dentist fluent in TMJ treatment. Don't be surprised if you are referred to an ENT or a Neurologist.

Ischemia: Most likely a brief reaction of the chest muscles to the excess needs during running.  Rarely you might have some ischemic condition related to your heart.  If this is persistent, even after conditioning, then you might check in with your family doctor for some simple heart tests..

Possibly many things: There are many possibilities for this .  You might be developing hypothyroidism, with less feeling in your hands.  This could be an autoimmune condition, like rheumatoid arthritis, or lupus.  It might be a mild form of raynaud's phenomenon, where exposure to cold causes spasm of your vessels in your fingers.  Either way, more tests are needed to find out so if it persists, see your dr. For them.

It would be best...: If you have not already done so, it would be best for you to schedule an appointment with your doctor to be evaluated for this.  Although this could be due to some GI abnormality like acid reflux, it is most important , especially in women, to make sure that such symptoms are not to abnormality of the heart.  See your doctor.

Full exam : You need a full history and exam. The differential diagnosis is large and more info is needed. You need your vital signs checked, labs drawn, and a neurological exam included in your full evaluation. These symptoms could be related to low blood pressure, anemia, or something going on in your central nervous system. See MD please.

Worthy of removal: It is not life-threatening, but the symptoms can worsen and affect important vision functions.
