Theoretical: The theory is that tight and unyielding clothing impairs the bowel function and causes abdominal pain.  According to a dr. Octavia bessa of stamford, ct, posits that it is due to men not buying their own clothes, but fitting into the clothes that their wife/girlfriend buy for them, and they may not be the correct size.  Hard to say if it is real or imaginary, but wear properly fitting clothes.

Yes and no: If a crown is placed with the contacts "too tight" it can make the teeth around the new crown feel "tight".  This is usually self limiting, and will likely mitigate in a few days.  If you find you cannot floss, then seek treatment asap.

Try planks: Planks are an exercise move that can strengthen the core while maintaining a neutral spine.  You can perform this by getting into a push up position and holding this position or get on your elbows while keeping your belly off of the floor.  Try this before you workout and you will notice that you activate your core more during the workout.

Sure you can...: Tight watch, ruberband/wrist-sport bands or anything too tight around the wrist can restrict blood flow--first the veins. If the veins on back of hands bulge out/larger with your tight watch, then it is restricting veinous  blood flow. Further tightening can reduce arterial flow but this will be quite uncomfortable/painful if prolonged. So, loosen it up a bit. Good luck.
