Six doctors!: If you have been examined by six doctors and they all told you that you are fine, it very very unlikely that you have any serious illness, let alone cancer. You may wish to see an ENT specialist to reassure yourself. This forum cannot do more.

Sounds infectious: Although it is very hard to determine what a rash is without seeing it, it sounds like you are describing a viral infection. The little lumps with clear fluid are probably blisters, and the lump under the chin is probably an enlarged lymph node from the rash. The most likely virus would be herpes simplex, which is the virus that causes recurrent cold sores. I suggest a visit to be seen for this.

In reality: There is no clear facial exercise that will definitely help with this.  Weight loss may help to better define your jaw line but you still can be left with "extra skin".  If you are really set on improving this area, your best bet is to consult a plastic surgeon.

Headache: Your current tight forehead is very unlikely related to your head injury 2 weeks ago.  If you start having blurry vision or feeling light headed or start having any other neurological signs you will need to see your doctor.  Also monitor for fever or nasal drainage.  Hope this is helpful.

Many possibilities: Low blood pressure and hypoglycemia are possible causes. If you are overweight you might have increased intracranial pressure that comes and goes. For all these problems you could avoid tobacco, alcohol, processed food and eat 6 small equal meals, with raw fresh vegetables, fruits, and high quality protoein, good essential fatty acids, get 7-8 hours of sleep, move rhythmically  and manage stress.

I can't make a: diagnosis in a vacuum. However, people with tension/ stress headaches sometimes say that it feels like their head is in a vice grip. I treat many people with this symptom with acupuncture - as they relax the headache usually goes away. Take care.

Yes: involuntary spasm of the muscles of the back and side of the neck can be caused by stress. Progressive relaxation/meditation. gentle aromatherapy masage, prolomged foreplay,, Excedrin tension.migraine, hormonal fluctuations.-if these don't work-get examined, especially if symtoms worsen

Head pressure: Could be anything from a migraine or tension headache or something more.  Please see your doc to rule out major physical causes and then perhaps a clinical psychologist to learn some stress management techniques.  Peace and good health.
