Go to ER NOW!: Although your age speaks against it, you absolutely need to rule out heart ischemia or pending heart attack.  Go to the er now!  if workup negative, they can tell if is more muscular in nature.

overdose inhaled bleach fumes in bathroom for more than 30minute. im having difficulty to breath and when cough my upper chest tighten and painful like dying. what should i do to relieve the chest pain? can drink warm water relieve the pain?

Fresh air: Go out into the fresh air. Open windows and ventilate the area where you sprayed the chemical before going back in there. Drink water, if you feel like it. If cough, chest pain or breathing problem persists after 30 minutes in fresh air, go to the nearest emergency room.

Go now if this is new and is accompanied by shortness of breath and/or nausea, sweating, dizziness, or if you have a cardiac history, or a family history of it, or risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, or you smoke. Not all chest pain is cardiac, but this needs to be ruled out first, especially if exertional.

Many differentials : At your age most common causes of Cheat pain are musculoskeletal, pleuritic - due to inflammation of lung wall, psychogenic.   If you are doing strenuous  physical exercise, it may be musculoskeletal.  If you have cough, it may be due to viral or bacterial infection related ; the least common cause is pulmonary embolism; blood clots in ur lungs . If chest pain gets resolved then don't worry.

Reflux?: This maybe related to reflux or other esophageal issues.  While it is less likely to be related to your heart, i would have it checked out, better safe than sorry as the old saying goes.
