See doctor: There could be a few different reasons that's causing the symptoms you're experiencing. It's best to see your pcp so that you can be examined, to rule out whether it may be cardiac, pulmonary, or gastrointestinal in origin. That's best done in person. You may need to have other tests done to verify what's causing it. So don't delay. You may need to be referred to a specialist by your pcp.

Acid reflux: These are often symptoms of acid reflux, which is very common in pregnancy. Try to eat small frequent meals, avoid caffeine, alcohol, tobacco. May try simple antacid like Tums (calcium carbonate) for symptom relief.  See your doctor for further evaluation and treatment if symptoms worsen or do not resolve.

You need to see: Your doctor. You may have narrowing of your esophagus, or other obstruction. This can be very uncomfortable and even dangerous, but can usually be easily treated with an outpatient procedure. Take care.

Globus pharyngis : You are experiencing globus pharyngis.
Although no heartburn likely reflux your cause.  You can have ph change without acid taste and this stimulates laryngeal spasm.  Other causes would be anxiety and or crycopharngeal spasm.

Anxiety shows itself: In may ways.  Once can mentally obsess over things that frighten the person or do behaviors to keep danger away, e.g., ritual behaviors, checking and re-checking.  There can be heart palpitations, shortness of breath, sweating, sleeplessness, GI symptoms, etc.  Please see doctor and then go to a mental health professional to learn ways to deal w/anxiety.
