Respiratory Infect: Your asthma needs much better control. Your medications need to be adjusted as soon as possible, like today. You may have a superimposed lung infection like a virus or bacterial pneumonia. Go do it right away.

Yes: You may have COVID 19 or the flu, please arrange testing locally. Take Tylenol for fever and pain, watch for shortness of breath and difficulty breathing. If these occur, please see the emergency room.

Diagnosis of exclusn: Anxiety as a cause of chest tightness is a diagnosis of exclusion. That is, after all other causes have been ruled out, it can be considered. If you're not feeling anxious, I would look for a different cause. Asthma is very common in your age range and I'd be suspicious that's a contributing factor. Muscle strain would be next on my list, depending on your physical activities.

Stress?: Quite often the feeling of not being able to get a full breath is due to stress/anxiety. Literally "the weight of the world on your chest."  Taking a deep breath (or yawn) can affect the mind and calm down anxiety.  Taking a series of slow deep breaths can be helpful if feeling stressed. CP: Chest tightness or pain could be due to various reasons- musculoskeletal, acid reflux, hear problems, esophageal spasm, gall bladder disease, aneurysms, blood clot in lungs etc. If you are having pain for so long , you need to get checked.

Air hunger.: The symptoms suggest possible hyperventilation as a cause of a blood ph shift and the sensation of air hunger.  An easy way to test this hypothesis would be to hold a paper bag over ones nose and mouth to enable rebreathing of ones exhaled air which contains a high concentration of carbon dioxide.  If hyperventilation caused the symptoms, they should resolve quickly as the blood ph is corrected.

Not sure: Difficult to tell for certain over the internet. In general in your age group we tend to think of non heart related processes such as musculoskeletal pain or esophagus disorders. Pain from heart vessel disease is exceedingly rare in your age group, although that's what most people immediately think of. Some rhythm problems can cause symptoms. Are you avoiding caffeine? Avoiding recreational drugs?

HEAVINESS ; CHEST: Heaviness and chest pain are associated with heart. Interestingly symptoms of weakness, muscle aches, blurry vision are few of the symptoms of ms.  You gave CSF ; igg level but failed to mention high or oligoclonal bands. Also there is no mention of MRI of ms plaques or lesion. Vep test is needed for ms.
