See doctor: The tickle may be from post-nasal drips (most people with allergic asthma also has allergic rhinitis), sinusitis, or even reflux.  Or it may just be a sign of an inflamed airway leading to worsening in her asthma.  It's time to see her doctor.

It depends on why: you have the cough.  If you cough every time you take a breath, then it is pretty serious.  If you have bronchitis, you need to be seen by healthcare provider to get proper treatment.  Some cough drops (e.g. Ricola) or cough syrup can help.  If you cough because you have severe acid reflux, or cancer, or runny nose/allergies, then you should treat the underlying condition first.

Avoid menthol: Menthol which is in most drops, feels good and cool at first. But it is drying to the mucosa and will dry your irritated throat.  So use glycerin instead.  Or black currant.  Or pectin containing drops.

Typical: ACE inhibitors very frequently cause a cough. This is not necessarily dangerous but more so just annoying. I would have your physician change you to another medication such as A beta blocker or a diuretic. And angiotensin receptor blocker can also be a good choice depending on your blood pressure, your race, and other factors. I hope that helps!

Burning/tingling: Is the burning and tingling on the skin of your chest or does it feel like it is coming from your lungs? I'm glad to hear the cough has cleared up a bit. If you develop a rash on your chest then go see a doctor within a day or two. Otherwise, likely the cough and the burning/tingling sensation will resolve in time. Best wishes.

Numb : This is most probably caused by a local nerve impingement when you cough with chest muscle contraction. It is nonspecific and unlikely to be worrisome.
