ID: You may have lymes disease but you should go see an infectious disease dr. For a full examination and work up  for the proper treatment.

See below: Usually, if you have a tick bite which then becomes a bulls-eye in appearance, this is the hallmark sign for lyme disease and the bulls-eye will usually increase in size and will need to be treated with antibiotics.  See your doctor asap.

my 7 yr old has an infected looking pimple on her torso with a pinpoint size dot in middle now for few days could it be a tick bite? no bullseye

Possible: The pinsized dot may be a tick. Have her checked. The bullseye rash does not appear immediately. All the best.

Bites: It would be unusual to have 30 bites and not notice a tick. A bullseye rash is very suggestive of bites by a tick. See your doctor and if there is a possibility of tick bites be treated. They are very prevalent this year. All the best.

Probably not: But not everyone who develops lyme disease from tick bite gets the rash. Look for fever, muscle/joint pain, fatigue, along with rash as signs.  If present, be seen.  Watch bump. 14 days: The bullseye rash of lyme disease takes about 14 days to show up.  You could have an allergic reaction to a bug bite that will develop within a day.  Infection from a bite, not lyme disease, starts getting worse after about 2-3 days.

See Doctor: If you have a Dermatologist , go there. If not, then see your family Doctor. Best to get it checked. You do not always get  a bulls-eye. Lyme disease is nothing to fool around with. Make the appointment - it's been a year and still there. Good Luck.

Get Rx & blood test!: A bullseye rash around a tick bite is considered proof of lyme disease.If you do not have symptoms yet, you almost certainly will over time. It takes time for a blood test to turn positive & you should not wait for this; the earlier you start treatment the better the outcome.Many lyme specialists advise Doxycycline 200 mg 2x/day for a month to be safe.Also get tested for co-infections like babesia.

Prophylaxis: If you live in an area that has ticks, you may be better off taking prophylactic treatment for Lyme disease. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
