Yes: Go see your doctor and get your thyroid levels in the normal range.  This, with exercise, should allow you to get back to your ideal weight.

Could be: Thyroid problems or others.  Hard to say without knowing more about you or if you have other symptoms.  The only way to rule out thyroid problem is to get a blood test.

Curious: Thyroid issues infrequently cause thyroid problems.
If your doctor has never checked your thyroid levels he/she will probably do so at your next visit.
Synthroid would increase your weight loss but there does not seem to be any thyroid issue.

Not a good idea: It can be dangerous to take any throid hormone with normal; thyroid functions.It can cause rapid heart beats, arrythmias and heart problem, heat intolerance and muscle pain just to mention few, and yes you may loose some weight too, but very risky to go that way.

i have an autoimmune thyroid problem, i was on 50 mcg thyroxine when i experienced weight loss. now i am on 100 mcg but gaining weight, why is that?

Recheck your labs.: Your thyroid condition may be changing or progressing and could require a higher dose of replacement therapy.  Have your doc check the free T4 and TSH levels again and see if that is contributing to your weight gain.  If those numbers are normal, i would not blame your thyroid condition.

Weight Loss: It is either that, a thyroid problem, or a severe lack of proper nutrition. Not knowing how you lost this much weight i would also be worried about proteins and the necessary items in a balanced diet.

Anxiety focused on: health issues suggests a POSSIBLE phobia or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.  Continue to see your doctor and please see a mental health professional for diagnosis and treatment. Insulin resistance: Secondary to obesity. You need more caloric restriction and exercise if you're going to lose weight and prevent development of diabetes in the near future. Consider talking w/your doctor about metformin therapy, and even other medication if necessary. Elevated tg is the first sign of developing diabetes in the near future.

HYPERACTIVE THYROID : Yes if the thyroid is hyperactive, means if it is producing excessive throxin hormone, it makes your metabolism very fast and inspite of eating regular meals and no loss of appetite you loose weight rapidly 
but it does not suppress appetite
you need to follow throid tests and your doctors.
