Likely normal: Since you are a 15 year male the enlargement in the thyroid cartilage (adam's apple) is likely a normal part of puberty.  Suggest you see your family doctor to be sure  it is the cartilage and not the thyroid gland.

why is it when i turn my head that i feel like something moves on my right side. it dosnet hurt its just wierd coukd it beb something serious or just my thyroid cartilage?

Neither: A lump in neck is neither cartilage (which, in the neck, is always connected to bone) nor vein (which does not form lumps). The only way to diagnose what it is is to have a doctor feel it.

can usually be moved. If it is very hard
and immobile, you should have it checked by your physician.

Testis: There is no cartilage in the scrotum.  If you feel something  that firm you should be examined by a urologist promptly.

i have a lump a little to the right of my xiphoid process. its painful and tender to touch. i got an x-ray and said it came back clear. does that mean its not the xiphoid cartilage causing issues? what else could a lump around that area mean?

: Tender to touch and negative XRay, may suggest a cutaneous or subcutaneous inflammation-  Boil, Pimple or Lipoma -( fatty tissue ). The Dermatologist might help if warm compress massage fails to provide relief.
