It is a real stretch: Headaches are very common and thyroid cancer is not. Thyroid cancer generally does not chane thyroid hormone early on and doesnt have many symptoms other than lumbs. Worry about thyroid cancer is probalby much more associated iwth headache.

Nothing specific.: Generally, people feel normal when they have thyroid cancer. That is the main reason that it can be hard to discover. Your physician should feel your thyroid during a routine physical examination. If he/she feels anything unusual, an ultrasound would be the most common next test.

Familial lipomas?: You might want to read this: http://www.Cancer.Net/cancer-types/cowden-syndrome. As you can see, there are certain familial conditions that feature lipomas and thyroid neoplasms. From the information you provided, i cannot tell whether or not you might have this or some other syndrome, but the clustering of tumors suggests there might well be a familial syndrome at play.

i have hashimotos and i just got my bloodwork .thyroglobulin is way high and i have no antibodies. is this a sign i might have thyroid cancer?

See your doc: Thyroglobulin is only made by thyroid cells. All an elevated thyroglobulin tells you is that you have "something" going on with your thyroid.  It could just be inflammation, but you can't know until more tests are done. This test is not a sensitive or specific test for diagnosing thyroid cancer. See an endocrinologist to find out more.

Normal: It is normal to be able to feel small lymph nodes in the groin or other areas of the body.  No need to worry about them.  It would be exceedingly rare for them to be related to your history of thyroid cancer.

: I assume you had total thyroidectomy and you are on thyroid hormone replacement? Anti-Tg antibodies are detectable in as many as 10 percent of the general population and 20 percent of thyroid cancer patients. Thyroglobulin (Tg) values obtained in the presence of anti-Tg antibodies may not be clinically reliable for follow-up after total thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer.

Children : Children grinding their teeth is quite normal and not indicative of a tumor in and of itself.

You should see his pediatrician regarding the random nosebleeds and migranes.
