Common: This type of heart block is common.  I am unaware of any restriction from flying.

BBB: Certaiin common blood pressure medications and/or antiarrhythmics in very high (not therapeutic) doses can cause bundle branch blocks. Digoxin is very well known to cause conduction abnormalities when in toxic levels.

Avoid vs minimize: There are several GROUPS of drugs we would not use or use at very low doses with extreme caution, including but not limited to beta blockers, some calcium channel blockers, some anti arrhythmia drugs(actually most of them), among others

No cough meds: There are NO GOOD cough medicines for toddlers. The studies very clearly show they don't work and have undesirable side effects. Try some honey in tea, warm showers and a humidifier. However, if the child is feeling bad because of fever, then acetaminophen and ibuprofen work equally as well. Cough medicines are really just a waste of money when it comes to the under 6 age group.

See details: CholesterolEase has little additional benefit but causes no harm so it is safe to take. The majior goal is to take enough of a statin dose to lower your LDL below 70 mg/dl. A baby aspirin daily is also usually part of the regimen.

You can't...: If the tube is clogged, only by unclogging it can you either instill new medications or remove fluid from the stomach.

COVID concerns: If you ONLY have blocked nose - COVID 19 testing may not be indicated.  However, it isn't clear if you have other FLU symptoms. Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms:  temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.

Congestion : Congestion is a common finding in newborns. If there is a fever of 38.5 or higher,please see the Emergency Department. Nasal saline and gentle suction may relieve the baby’s symptoms.

: I would ask Dr who has seen you and the ECGs and you have given a detailed family history of heart disease.  If you smoke stop.
