Get rechecked: There are other possibilities besides yeast, like BV (bacterial vaginosis), trichomoniasis, cervicitis, atrophic vaginitis, foreign bodies with secondary infections, irritants and allergens.  There are other much more rare causes but seeing your gyn md is warranted.

Should have doc eval: You should consult your physician ASAP if you feel that it may be HIV. Did you ever go back for a check to make sure the Chlamydia is gone? A yellowish discharge that smells can be bacterial vaginosis, which is common and is an overgrowth of your normal flora. But that needs to be treated as well. Consult your physician.

i had a cervical polyp removed 3 wks ago. i have a red and itchy vulva and little pale yellow discharge. thrush? is it ok to use a canesten pessary.

Need to ask GYN: Because of the recent surgery, the area needs to be healed before you would want to use a pessary, etc.  This is best to discuss with the Dr. who is familiar with your clinical case and examination.  Best wishes.

Yeast?: Sounds like a fairly classic presentation of a vaginal yeast infection. Over the counter yeast creams are available. If not improved with this then an evaluation by an Obgyn is warranted

2 different things.: Thrush is caused by candiasis infection. However vaginal yeast infections don't have an odor.  Smelly discharges can be related to bacterial vaginosis or a number of std's. So, it is recommended that you have this checked by your family physician or your gynecologist.

Pink may mean blood: The tablet itself might have caused some local irritation and some blood mixed with either the medicine or yeast itself could impart a pinkish color.  Could also be early breakthrough bleeding.  Probably save to wait and watch, see if it clears or gets worse

Thrush: white spots that rub off easily is a sign of thrush.  It can be difficult to treat.  See the dentist or doctor that is treating you for thrush and let them know your concerns.  It may be time for a follow up appointment.Good luck.

yellow tongue: It could be thrush altough the thrush infections I have seen are white in color.
See an oral surgeon asap for an evaluation.
