Probably, but...: If there is no other reason for your vomiting that you can think of except for the antibiotics then you may want to contact your doctor for an alternative one that will not make you sick.

its been 7 days since i stop taking antibiotics for my stomach and a medicine for ulcers but my stomach got so messed up that am still throwing up.

go see your doctor: If you continue to vomit this long after you stopped taking meds then go see your doctor to find out what exactly is going on. If you are still taking hydrocodone stop that as well since it could also be making you vomit and feel nausia.

COVID 19: 103.8  F is definitely high. Acetaminophen or NSAID's can be used to reduce fever. Naprosyn is considered a good choice if you use an NSAID. If you are not able to bring down your fever with this combined with good hydration, consider a medical consultation on-line.

Sometimes.: Depending on the antibiotic and the strength of it, you may experience side effects from taking the antibiotic.  Often, people may have gastrointestinal issues such as diarrhea and cramping. Other times, if you are allergic to the drug, you may develop hives, rashes, itching, and more serious side effects.  Keep smiling !

can i do exercise wile im taking antibiotics?

Yes: If you feel up to exercising, taking antibiotics is not a contraindication to exercise.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Food and antibiotics: Regular nutritious diet is recommended.  Be sure to take antibiotic as directed and timed with meals.  Good idea to take probiotics e.g. Live culture yogurt while on antibiotics to replenish the beneficial bacteria in the colon unless not indicated for some reason.

Sometimes: Read the label for known associated side effects and only take antibiotics that are prescribed for you for a specific condition. Never take someone else's medications or use meds from an old prescription for a new problem.

Accepted Answer

Yes: If you do not really need antobiotics (treating viral infections, for example) then resistance to antibiotics can develop. If you are on a very long course of antibiotics it can wipe out your normal gut bacteria and cause c-diff which is bad for you too

Accepted Answer

Medications: The only advice here is that working out should not occur if you are feverish or have been advised to rest.  I often have my patients define for me the word 'rest'…which means to not work. I also include 'to not work out'. 

But, antibiotics in and of themselves would not limit you to working out or not.
