Very unlikely.: Transvaginal ultrasound probes should be sterilized in between patients.  In addition, a condom should be placed over it.

Even if this didn't occur, the chance of becoming pregnant because of sperm being transferred on the probe would be very very unlikely.

No: Sperm must be in the vagina/ cervix/ uterus to travel to the eggs - there is not way for the seprm to get to the eggs thru the mouth.

Gravity: Fluid flows downhill because of gravity. Voila, so semen drips out of a woman's vagina - usually within minutes (not days.) Its normal and does not affect your fertility, no worries. Good wishes.

: The "fertile window" for most women extends from 24-48 hours prior to ovulation to 24-48 hours after release of the egg.  Sperm an live in the reproductive tract for several days, and ovulation itself is often delayed by stress, which makes it difficult to predict when pregnancy may occur.  See your GYN physician and ask about low dose oral contraceptives or an IUD for secure contraception.
