Acetaminophen: Ibuprofen, and as you know, you need an exam. The real question is what is this? Could be an abscess that need drainage.  There are other things that this could be that you would want out of you. Don't ignore this please.

Pain: Pain is not usually a sign of breast cancer, but needs an examination. Does it hurt to move the left arm? Could be a strained muscle which can improve with rest, heat & ibuprofen. But see your doctor for an exam.

These include cervical disc disease,muscle spasm, radiculopathy &amp; thoracic outlet to name the most common.They would do imaging like an MRI/Xray and determine if you can start Physical therapy or need other treatments first which could include medication or injections.Keep me updated

E.R. can evaluate: A person with "severe" pains in the chest and left arm can seen by an E.R. doctor to be evaluated. Pains can come from a heart problem (serious), neck and shoulder muscles, the ribs and their joints, the lungs inside the chest, etc... If one feels his pain is coming from the heart, has a chest tightness, some difficulty breathing, or has past heart disease, he can go to the E.R. by ambulance.
