Pulsating: If you are a thin person it is not unusual to feel or see pulsation in the area of your stomach related to your aorta. Have it checked by your doctor. If there is any concern he will have the area imaged. All the best.

Thaat would be: That would likely be your abdominal aorta. That is normal unless its getting bigger. Usually if you are a smoker especially, you can get an abdominal aortic aneurysm but that happens later in life and must be monitored for.

Stomach or Abdomen?: If stomach, consider taking an antacid/drink some milk (one time just for a diagnosis. Don't drink milk for this on an on-going basis). If symptoms resolve, feel better, maybe stomach related, and would see your GI doctor. If no relief, may be your heart, and would go to the hospital. If you smoke, have a family history of heart disease, are over-weight, would go to hospital by ambulance.

Scar vs other: This is a frequent location of painful internal scars especially in females who have had PID, surgery (C-section, hysterectomy), or given birth. Treatment is usually gentle osteopathic manipulation to stretch and release the scars. If pain is new, must rule out infection, trapped nerves/vessels, tumors, etc. A complete history &amp; osteopathic hands-on exam could help find &amp; fix the cause

Could be serious!: Good morning, 
sharp pain in the lower part of the stomach in at 14 years, if present in the right side of the abdomen could indicate an appendicitis or an ovarian pain in rare cases. Usually such pains are not serious. However, appendicitis may be a matter of concern if not diagnosed in time. Constipation is the most common cause for such pains, in addition to ovarian changes  with ovulation.

Abd symptoms: The symptoms you described are not very intuitive as far diagnosis is meant. Cold feeling is it just discomfort or pain, is it always after milk ingestion? Is there any diarrhea, nausea/vomiting. How long have you had it? These and other points need to have light shed on to guide you further.

Many : Many women with the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud will not have a period or will have irregular spotting after placement.  If you cannot feel the string and are worried about whether it is still there, make an appointment with your doctor.  They can check for proper placement with an internal gyne exam and if it is ok, they can show you how to feel for it.  In the meantime, until your appointment, use condoms or another form of birth control until you know that your Mirena (levonorgestrel) is still in place.

Not certain: I don't know if you are seeing pulsations from your abdominal aorta or if you are experiencing increased peristalsis which you are able to see. I think maybe one the GI doctors on Health Tap  can give you a more definitive answer.  Take care.
