Yes it can be reflux: Gastroesophageal reflux is a common cause of feeling a swelling in the throat and trouble swallowing. Often it is accompanied by hoarseness, especially after eating. You might also notice nausea, belching, more pain after eating, or heartburn. I suggest trying ranitidine or famotidine. Avoid caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, and large meals, as well as not eating right before bed.

Probably not serious: Feeling a painless lump in the throat on swallowing is quite often a stress symptom in female patients. It is oftentimes described as "having a ball in my throat"(Globus pharyngis) If there is no difficulty swallowing normal size pieces of food (i.e. You don't have to cut your food into tiny pieces to swallow) it's is not likely there is anything serious causing it. Chicken bone: Get the official xray report stating the radiologists finding, not just the emergency room doctor's impression. A bone should be seen on   An xray. If no bone seen but you still have throat symptoms, get examined by an Otolaryngologist.
