1, 2, latent, 3.: Syphilis, a sexually transmitted infection, has 3 stages. Primary syphilis consists of a painless ulcer on the genitalia. Secondary syphilis can cause a rash, large lymph nodes, fever, and malaise. Syphilis then is latent in the body for years before passing to the 3rd stage. Tertiary syphilis causes dementia, disease of the aorta, and growths (gummas) in virtually any organ.

Penicillin: The best treatment is with intramuscular penicillin injections.  See a doctor--you don't treat yourself for syphilis.

ZA or USA?: I can’t tell where you are from. If from South Africa, contact PCM who will assess &amp; make determination about COVID 19 testing. If asymptomatic they might have you just quarantine. USA – policies vary by state. State &amp; local health departments/ providers make actual testing decisions. Some states require a dr.'s referral &amp; some don't.  Can call PCM if one believes they should be tested.

: Please have a COVID-19 bivalent booster. Natural immunity is less protective. Antibody levels decline over the course of weeks or a few months. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and prolonged cough.

Maybe: Most chest infections start to improve in 72 hours but some can be more stubborn.  Sometimes it may take 5-7 days to completely clear a patient's bronchitis.

Infection: the infection you had should not limit these things.  If you feel pain, then stop.  More concerning is the two infections quickly. I would make sure you follow up with GI doctor.

Let me advice you: Yeast infection can result from: 
antibiotic use which leads to a decrease in the amount of lactobacillus bacteria in your vagina and a change in your vaginal ph that allows yeast to overgrow
 pregnancy
 uncontrolled diabetes
 impaired immune system
 anything that changes the type and amount of bacteria normally present in the vagina, such as douching or irritation from inadequate vaginal lubrica.

Time for treatment: Urinary tract infections that are present for prolonged periods of time can progress to infections of the kidneys and/or blood.  it would be wise to visit your healthcare provider for evaluation and treatment as soon as possible.

A little early but: With an acute infection, IgM is the antibody produced. It is possible but unusual to get an IgG response in 2 wks thus I would suspect that this is from a past infection.
