when people eat out thats a different story, there sky is the limit in calorie and carb intake especially for children.
The result is obesity, diabetese, hypertension, heart dis.

But,over and above that you really need to EXERCISE consistently.  45 min exercises 3 to 4 days a week,will go a long way.  Remember,because your lifestyle will change,you need to make sure you have a healthy mind,to go through this.You need to want to loose weight for yourself,not for pressure from others.Go for it!
