We can not predict: Unfortunately we can not predict which threatened miscarriages will be fine and which will miscarry. Bleeding in early pregnancy is very common. It appears you have a doctor who is taking good care of you. Keep your follow up appointments to make sure all is well.

Well: It may make you bleed and cramp for 2 or 3 days afterward.  Even though the bleeding and cramping after sex during pregnancy is often times more related to bleeding from a friable cervix, it can be difficult to distinguish this from a threatened miscarriage.  But sex isn't a cause of pregnancy loss.

On the other hand you and your doc should discuss the baby's viability. Depends on the baby's age so far. Early on, it's usually "in the hands of God." In later stages,with a viable baby, things can be done to help facilitate a viable birth.

Depends: What is your Rh blood group? If you are Rh positive, you do not need the shot. It would be prudent to see your obstetrician regularly during pregnancy for the sake or your and your baby's health.

Please ask your doc: Your doc should explain everything about what could or could not happen to u  it depends if u are really going to have one or not because when I use that term it could go neither way, your doc should be able to see a fetal htbeat by 6 1/2 - 7 weeks if it is not going to be one, if u are going to misc your cervix will open and u will start to bleed and pass tissue, or u may not pass the tissue.
