Ringworm : No scarring should occur with treatment for ringworm so it could be post inflammatory reaction which will resolve over time

Various: It may be ringworm that is just not sensitive to  the Griseofulvin treatment, or it may be a thick dandruff of the skin, psoriasis, or other conditions.

: Wash and dry all clothing and bed linen thoroughly, minimize the moisture of the groin area or where the lesions are prominent and continue to take griseofulvin tablet (2-4 weeks) and apply antifungal cream, twice daily. The pill should be effective but it takes longer time. The fact that you are treated with oral antifungal med means you have a widespread or relatively resistant case of ringworm.

Rash: pediatricians and FP's are really good at diagnosing these type of rashes. We see them all the time bring the baby in and get a diagnosis and treatment.

Jock itch: You MAY have a fungus.  Your doctor can prescribe what you need.  There are over the counter sprays and powders but seeing your doctor is advised.  Peace and good health.
