Show it to your doct: If this lump is growing steadily, you should have it examined by your doctor especially if it  is one inch or bigger in size and is growing in size  over the past weeks/months.

Do not worry: A positive D-dimer is not very useful. A negative result is more useful for ruling out blood clot. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Exam , MRI: The most important test would a good physical exam
often this is overlooked or cursory
to evaluate the severity of a tear an MRI would be the next step
sometimes this can determine whether treatment is conservative or surgical.

Peripheralneuropathy: What you are describing is not normal.  Do you diabetes or any type disease that can cause a peripheral neuropathy?  Should discuss with your physician and or a neurologist.  Without any other symptoms, unlikely to be from spinal  source

: The first concern with increasing calf pain is thrombophlebitis.  Contact your doctor and undergo a simple ultrasound (venous NIVA).

Worrisome: Your history is indeed worrisome for a blood clot.  I think an ultrasound of your lower leg is need to rule out a clot.  I don't see how a blood test could rule out the presence of a clot.  If anyone knows I would like to hear an explanation.  Please seek medical help.

Tests: You didn't mention what the test was.  This sounds like hemosiderin deposits from blood extravasating from vericose veins - but I am speculating.   See your vascualr doc or get a referral from the family doc.

myself (30 years) have mild lower back pain and i always fatigue in my calf , all my normal blood routine test is normal, what is the cause of this?

If by "fatigue": you mean WEAKNESS you might have a pinched nerve in your back between the 4th and 5th LUMBAR vertebrae! Discuss with your Primary Care Provider!

DVT?: I'm not sure what blood test you may have had to rule out a blood clot in your leg, but it certainly is a possibility with symptoms in this area - that or a Baker's cyst from behind the knee. A Doppler ultrasound of that location would be much more informative.
