Need iron: Iron level is low-which is common in late pregnancy.  You are making new blood for you AND your baby.  Iron supplementation would improve your and your baby's chances  at and after delivery.

Depends: Standard blood tests for all patients in the United States would include a blood type, blood count, HIV test, syphilis screen, hepatitis test, rubella test.  In some cases depending on the patient's history, patient's desire for genetic testing, and the doctor's individual protocols some patients may get additional blood work.

No, it is not!: first you have to investigate where the blood is coming from: the most likely place is the rectum (especially if you have hx. of hemorrhoids ), or the vagina. If it seems vaginal in origin than you need to be seen by your Ob., if it seems rectal, you most likely have hemorrhoids that needs to be treated accordingly.

See your OB MD: You need to be examined by your ONB MD for the cause of the rectal bleeding which commonly are hemorrhoids. but not always. Make an appointment soon.

im almost in my third trimester & the last 2 times ive peed ive peed  what looks like clots of blood. is it early labor? or miscarrage?

See doc: Bleeding is abnormal in pregnancy. You should see your doctor to ensure that the placenta is normally placed and the cervix is of appropriate lenght and without funnelling. 
You can also have urinary tract infection that leads to small amount of blood in your urine

i had bloods taken in my 2nd trimester on 01/08/2018. for general blood tests and 2nd trimester screening. today i was given a call saying doctor wants to see me to discuss results. should i be worried?

2nd TM screening: Screening tests in pregnancy can detect some genetic abnormalities, or apart from that, may indicate infection, most of which are easily treated, or anemia, etc., which may require supplementation.  In any case, you will need to find out, so do not delay .

GBS, Glucola: A 1 hour glucose tolerance test is done between 26-28 weeks to screen for gestational diabetes.
A culture for group b streptococcus bacteria is done at 35-36 weeks.
Urinalysis for protein and glucose are done at each visit, along with blood pressure checks.
Fetal testing (non-stress testing) may be indicated, but is not necessary in low risk pregancies.

Required by law: Some states require pregnant women to be tested for HIV. Transmission of HIV to the baby can be prevented by treating the mother. Many people infected with HIV do not know that they are infected.
