: Eye doctor. If it needs to be removed, the eye doctor would be better equipped to do that.

Hydro-cortisone: You may try an over the counter ointment with hydro-cortisone.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: probably so, but you might do better if a topical steroid or non steroidal cream is used as well.

Chalazion: It could be a remnant of  stye called chalazion. These could go away with time but if there is concern seeing an Ophthalmologist would be prudent. Good luck

Need to be checked: It is difficult  to tell you what caused it in your case.It needs to be checked y your doctor or an eye doctor.
There may be an infection.Stye or some other condition.It has been there a week and is still there,so get it checked to find the cause and appropriate treatment
