See your doctor: If you are taking blood thinner and have signs of either a red rash you need to see your doctor as soon as possible to make sure you do not have a hematological problem that was induced by the blood thinner.

No as disc space : Narrowing is a sign of us aging in terms of the spine which has been demonstrated to begin as early as 10 years of age with males showing signs on x-rays at an earlier age than females with smoking accelerating these changes  as well as trauma and genetic basis.  Don't sweat over the minor pain

Many possibilities.: Sudden onset of skin thinning can be caused by an overactive thyroid, or one of several other hormonal problems. I don't know what "fat coming out of skin" means. You had best see your doctor, and get tested for underlying hormonal (or other) problems.

Phimosis: Soiunds like you have phimosis, where th foreskin is too tight. This is easily treated depending on ur age and desires. See a doctor as it won't go away with intercourse and may actually make intercourse painful.
