i have little thigh pain like sharp then goes away then sharp only lasts like a second each time would it be a blood clot?

I doubt it : That certainly does not sound like a blood clot to me 
as to what it might be i would not know.

Hard to say: This would not be the most likely way a clot would present, but if you have other risk factors for a DVT (contraceptive pills, immobility, family history of clotting) it is probably worth getting it checked out.

had thigh pain for weeks that suddenly stopped while stretching/massaging, now my heel is vibrating like a phone. could it be a blood clot? no pain.

Probably not: See your doctor soon if you think you have a blood clot. Chances are high you don't, because they often are medical emergencies that need to be treated as soon as possible. Most do not last three weeks without intense pain, swelling (ie, DVT) or some form of other acute symptoms (can't see, speak, breathe) that would make a person go to the ER immediately.Clots don't  usually cause heel vibration.

Likely muscle strain: Nerve compression is still a possibility but it usually starts from lower back then radiates to thigh and legs. Take care!

Probably late: Hopefully you have seen your doctor and found out that there is nothing serious,
Exercise regularly, drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless, if you are even slightly overweight, lose weight, reduce intake of saturated fats, do not take tobacco, alcohol or street drugs, have safe sex, get HPV vaccine.

Exam needed: Stay calm and get an exam promptly. No need for ER unless symptoms have been prolonged or you have risk factors such as injury, stasis ( immobility) recent operation, recent air travel, family history of blood clotting disorder or personal history, use of birth control or smoking. If you feel short of breath, racing heart rate, or have risk factors, you can go to ER to rule it out

if i have sciatic nerve problems and my leg pain is practically all over with foot numbness, what are the odds of it being a blood clot? no symptoms.

Pain or no symptoms: At first you say  you have leg pain and foot numbness, then No symptoms??
Odds of it being a blood clot depends on your medical condition, for instance smoking and BC pills

Dvt get it checked: Deep vein thrombosis is a serious disease and fatal if not treated. Characteristics of the pain can serve to suspect DVT and to act to diagnose it; get advise from a physician and rule it out. Don't wait.

No: Blood clots generally present with swelling as the worst and main feature.  Patients can get pain, but swelling is the most obvious sign.

Leg pain: If you have intense leg pain especially in our around your calf area that is out of proportion it may be an emergency... please seek medical help.
