Vaginal discharge: Did the tests include bacterial vaginosis, mycoplasma, ureoplasma, - usually tests are  for gonorrhea, chalmydia. For bacterial vaginosis need flagyl 500 2 x/day x 7  no alcohol  for mycoplasma, ureoplasma need zithromax  500 day 1 then 250 for 4 days  it may also just be a variant due to hormones. since it resolves spontaneously, odor can be blood  f/u with doc/urgent  care

Probably: It does sound like BV.   There are antibiotics that can treat it that your doctor can help with.  People with recurrent BV may benefit from using vaginal probiotics, increasing the amount of acid in the diet (such as fruits and vegetables).  Limiting dietary sugar may also help.  Prolonged use of antibiotics can work as well in some cases.

Yes: Progestrone only methods of birth control can change the consistency of your vaginal/cervical discharge. During the luteal (or second half) of your cycle, Progesterone cause the mucus to become thicker (preventing more sperm from entering the uterus). Thus, it is normal to have thicker discharge.

Hard to tell...: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. An Ob-Gyn doctor can evaluate any persistent or worrisome symptoms.
