No: Gravity affects everyone the same way. If your height is X and you have a transient stretch by hanging upside down, getting manipulated or whatever, it all goes away after you stand upright for a while. Anyone that tells you different is interested in emptying your wallet.

Degenerative disks: Yes unfortunately it usually gets worse as time passes on.

HNP: A sequestrated lumbar disc refers to migration of the central nuclear disc material through the outer layers that make up the anulus fibrosis and are then lodged in the spinal canal.  Separation of the fragment from the disc from which it originates results in a sequestered fragment.

No: That amount of curve would be mild to moderate
based on your age and amount of growth
left it would probably just be monitored
but if there is further progression of the curve, you might need to wear a brace to prevent curve progression.

Location of curve: This is a label that means there is a bend in the spine that bows out to the right in the level of the lung ribs and bows left at the mid-back. The label itself does not say the degree of bowing which is usually defined in angles. Scoliosis tends to increase during rapid growth and stabilize after growth stops.

Soft tissues: Looking for pathology in soft tissues of thoracic spine.  X-rays may hint at soft tissue problems, but these are better elucidated with MRI

See MD: Hard to diagnose the cause of back pain without a good history &amp; physical exam. At your age, I would definitely recommend an evaluation by a physician. You may need radiologic studies and/or referral to an orthopedist or physical therapist.
