Depends: Frozen pizza is high in calories.  Not usually thought of as a healthy food but certainly not carcinogenic either. If it has vegtable toppings it would be a healthier pizza.
If it has processed meats Pepperoni , ham would be not as healthy. XS salt may bother some peoples health.
Eat in moderation and enjoy Pizza.

Pizza: Yes, weight loss is a result of less calories consumed than burned. As long as you exceed the amount you consume you should loose weight.

How old?: There is no nutritional valve in pizza plus the oils can turn rancid and cause burning pain in tummy. If it moldy can cause upset stomach.

It's not clear: I would need to know more about you. Are you overweight? Are you having trouble losing weight? Do your friends think you are overweight or just you? You may have an eating disorder, but it's hard to tell given so little information. Speak with a therapist who specializes in eating disorders to figure this out.

No: Life is difficult enough without misguided people giving you subscientific advice based on their own impressions. Pizza is loaded with grease & salt which is why it tastes so good & people overeat it. Enjoy in moderation.

Pizza Attack: It depends on what kind of sick you are?  Its unfair for pregnant ladies to get sick.  If you are having heartburn you can always take mylanta or maalox.  If you are vomiting you will need to call your OB or the doctor on call and ask for help as well as for diarrhea.  I know meds I will give my patients but it is best to ask your OB.

my diet is very bad. i eat a lot junk food, especially pizza, is this a problem?

You look / feel ...?: This is convenient and has a fair amount of protein, though lots of fat and salt which is more likely to be a factor now that you're older. There's plenty of calories as well. If you're fat, try to stop. If you exercise heavily and are still slim, try to reacquire a taste for more variety, with some fruits, vegetables and lean meat. Ask your physician about a vitamin-and-mineral tablet.

You ate 3 pizza: Clear liquids for next 24 hours and if symptoms continue see your doctor or go to urgent care for evaluation

Care to share??: You can eat just about anything you wish.  But watch the crunchy stuff around those newly created holes.  The tissue isn't quite as tough as the rest of your mouth.  Keep the areas clean too. 
My preference is pepperoni and black olives.
