Very little data: I have had some experience with piracetam use among grad school students and haven't seen this tho use with Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) i discouraged b/c state-dependent learning.  I doubt that choline would help. Perhaps other colleagues have additional clinical impressions.

Not good!: Bad combination to combine all 3 together. Discuss this with your doctor first. It's possible playing with a disaster in the making as each drug alone has a high side effect profile, and caffeine in itself acts like a drug. Would not advise doing it.

These include manic behaviors and increases in goal- directed behaviors. I wonder whether the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is causing a "buzz, " and the person is trying to accentuate those pleasurable feeling, with more pleasure seeking behaviors and actions? All theoretically increase Dopamine levels in the brain. It doesn't seem healthy.

Combining stimulants: All 3 are stimulants and should not be used in combination.  Used in excess or in combination, they can cause dangerous heart palpitations/irregular heart beat and other life-threatening side effects.
