: you have described a number o symptoms without adequate detail. Without further detail as to what precipitates these symptoms
it is impossible to speculate. Report on the echo is reassuring. I do not believe your symptoms are cardiac in origin. Please make an appointment with your physician for further evaluation and studies if necessary.

: Sounds to be an upper respiratory tract infection, and no relationship to a minor head injury.  However, get tested for COVID-19 just to cover possibilities..

No: I don't know how that popular myth got started, but i know of no credible evidence that vitamin tablets do anything for hair or nails. Biotin (available in any health food store) does promote hair and nail growth (5000 units/day) if taken regularly.

: There are no medically recognized hair, skin and nail vitamins. The usual multivitamin is more than sufficient exept to address specific deficiencies.
