Yes: Sure, unless you develop some irritation or allergy.  Do you really need it, though?  Sometimes using a rough substance on your skin too often can aggravate acne, which I presume is why you're using it.  How about 3x/wk?

ive got clogged pores. please i need help. its so bad. i use the cerave blemish control cleanser and cerave gel cream with 2% salicylic acid and i exfoliate once a week as well. i do this consistently. its been 3 weeks but nothing has changed? :?

my nose is oily and has clogged pores. what drugstore cleanser will properly clean without drying out other parts of my face?

Soap and water: Try gentle soap and water followed by biore strips. Over time, they will unclog the pores. Lower concentrations of benzoyl peroxide usually won't dry out the other parts of your face. There are many other options as well. You will have to try them and see.
If they don't work, please see a dermatologist for best individualized advice.

Ok but carefully: Be cautious about exfoliating beyond the stratum corneum. Deeper exfoliation and particularly any that causes bleeding will likely lead to prolonged healing and scars.

i have mild acne&i started 2 use vitamin e oil at night and wash with facial cleanser@next morning.is it bad to use vitamin e coz it can clog pores?

Yes.: Vitamin e oil is about the worst treatment imaginable for acne.  Try an otc benzoyl peroxide preparation with your facial cleanser. If that isn't sufficient, you should see a dermatologist, who will design a treatment program for your specific situation.

Try it: It may be a bit much and excessively drying to use that combination.  If you tolerate it and it does not dry your skin out too much, go for it as we love tretinoin as an acne medication and "wrinkle cream".

Do you have acne??: Medicated washes are not necessarily indicated for everyone. If you are happy with your skin quality with your current regimen, then stay with it!

May help: However, it is not strong enough for cystic acne. This almost always requires isotretinoin. I hope that if you're offered this, you'll consider using it. It's not for the faint-hearted, but you owe it to yourself to be rid of your cystic acne for the several months or years that a course of rx will give you.

: This is more of a cosmetic issue rather than a health problem. The goal is to remove excess oil and debris by a warm wash cloth followed by application of something like witch hazel which is a good astringent. A dermatologist could advise you further.
