More info needed: The physician who ordered theses tests is best to advise you. Diabetes test is normal but thyroid needs to be followed.Because the thyroid is a master gland it affects many parts of your body and the physician must evaluate you globally.

Please refer to lab: Depends on the Lab that performs the test, as there might be variation in the value Please refer back to the normal limit that is usually provided by the lab that has done the test

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are within normal limits. Wish you good health!

The thyroid function: tests your report look pretty normal to me (although you don't provide any units). But assuming the usual units, both your TSH/thyrotropin and T4 are ok. I am used to seeing T3 reported in ng/dl with a normal range being 80-180. I'm sure your prescribing doctor has or will be happy to review these with you and confirm (or change) your current Thyronorm/thyroxine dosage. Stay well:)

TSH: Your borderline high TSH could signify early hypothyroidism. Your other thyroid parameters are normal. I would not expect you to have any signs or symptoms of an underactive thyroid such as weight gain, fatigue and cold intolerance. At this time I would merely recheck your thyroid parameters in 3-6 months.

May be normal: Your TSH is a bit high but may not be abnormal. You may wish to discuss these with your doctor at your next visit, there does not appear to be any reason for an immediate consultation.

Completely normal: Your thyroid function is completely normal. Unless you have nodules or a goiter, no need to check antithyroid antibodies because they will not provide any clinically useful info. No need to check iodine when thyroid function is completely normal.
