Unknown: I don't know the answer to your question, but the effect of high dose testosterone on a keloid should be the least of your worries.  I would be a lot more concerned about what it is doing to your heart, liver, blood counts, risk of blood clots, etc.  I will never understand why a young male would risk having severe long term complications to achieve a short term goal of having larger muscles.

Hematoma: This is a nonserious blood clot from a leakage of a blood vessel caused by the injection. Applying hot(not boiling) applications may help dissolve it. If not and it remains problematic, a surgeon would have to remove it through a small incision.

Not directly, but:: Testosterone replacement therapy is associated with increased risk of venous thromboembolism(DVT and pulmonary embolism). The risk is likely small and preventive measures are routinely ordered pre and/or post op to prevent DVT but you should mention this to your surgeon. It may be wise to not take any more testosterone till a month after surgery. Discuss this with
your physician.

Maybe: Ed can be caused by many things, only of them is low testosterone. Even people with normal levels can have ed; only way to find out is to correct it first . Testosterone supplements do have many side effects so it's important to take only if needed and as given.
