Not sure what you mean by "just Holistic therapy." It's not a mainstream therapy but not commonly advocated by holistic docs either. I'm sure there is no research on this but it might conceivably help. I can't imagine any harm unless it is done too forcibly.If it hurts don't do it!

Painful: Its never been my recommendation to massage the testicles due to how sensitive they normally are to any pressure. This could damage or twist them by manipulative trauma. Consider massaging another adjacent object  to bring traditional and  holistic release.

Testicular swelling: Sounds like the swelling may be due to an indirect inguinal hernia.  Could also be due to varicosities of the vein.  May want to have it check if having pelvic pain.  A hernia can become incarcerated causing more pain and potential permanent injury.

Yes it is: Probably ok if both testes are of similar size or if it's your only testis. Best to get it checked if it's much larger than your other testicle, provided you have 2.

See a doctor: Testicular pain can be from several different causes. The reason to see a doctor is to make sure it is not an infection (epidydimitis or prostatitis). It could also be the start of a hernia or varicocele.

Depends: This depends on the particular problem. Do you feel a growth on self exam. Did an ultrasound show a tumor. Are you having abnormal hormonal levels, etc.

It can!: If you have testis pain, even walking will affect you (usual john wayne walk)!  prolonged biking & improper seat positioning, shape & cycling habits may cause numb testicles & ed.  Seats that do not appropriately support your sit bones (ischial tuberosities), may also cause problems by putting pressure on the pudendal nerve. Go to nearest cycling shop, get fitted properly buy proper seat & pants.

which drugs can i take to suppress testicular pains?

Classify pain: Prior to beginning medication. I would consider the severity, duration, activity  and type of pain.  Use of a scrotal support could be of assistance.  Pain management is to go low and slow. Cold compresses may help.  I would begin with aspirin or acetaminophen.
Anything else will probably have to be prescribed by your physician.

Tunica vaginalis: Sac that lies around most of the testis. Hydroceles are collections of fluid forming within the tunica vaginalis.
