: It could be a small epidid cyst, local neuralgia- not everything shows up on labs and tests. Simple- wear a good support underwear and if not better in 3-4 weeks see a Urologist .

Well : There can be non-infectious causes of your problem. There can be a chronic inflammatory condition. Since all your lab and ultrasound test you were normal and three different anabiotic’s have not worked recommend you see urologist to evaluate your symptoms

None: You keep asking versions of the same question. See replies to two others. No STD causes the sorts of symptoms you have described. Probably you have the male chronic pelvic pain syndrome. CPPS can be uncomfortable but it's harmless. Google it for more info:  the wikipedia article is quite good, and superb information is available from the Stanford University Dept of Urology.

Penile pain ?: The pain described may be due to ulceration of the male urethra (central canal of the penis) secondary to either herpes or human papilloma virus (HPV).  If your physician has done blood tests for IgM/IgG antibodies, and tests are negative for herpes, and culture is negative for gonorrhea or chlamydia , the pain may be from HPV.  Get a referral to a urologist to be certain.

Here are some...: At this time, please do not use any topical agent but gentle cleansing and drying without any soap. Clinically, you may apply anti-fungal with steroid like hydrocortisone of 0.5-1 % cream 1-2 times daily and see. If not getting better as usually expected, seek re-evaluation in 2-3 days as long as being bearable and having no systemic symptoms like fever and general exhaustion. Best to health....
