Likely ok: Oral and rubbing has almost no risk of HIV transmission. By the way- 95% of the time using protection equals 0% protection. Many HIV tests take only an hour to run so that is not unusual. Consult with your doctor if you want  a more dependable testing lab.

i still have red rash on testicles 4 wk i saw a doctor and was told it is a fungal infection. doctor proscribed nystatin it helped a little. advice?

Try other treatment: The most common red rash involving scrotum, groin, etc. is tinea cruris (jock itch), caused by a type of fungus that does not respond to nystatin. Discuss w/ your doctor. Or try an OTC jock itch cream, on the same pharmacy shelves as athletes foot products; look for active ingredient terbenafine or clotrimazole. There are other possible causes; see a dermatologist if OTC treatment doesn't work.

i started running a few months ago and as a result  of the sweat my pubic  area, just below my testicals i had a fungal infection that resulted in itching and a burning sensation and skin pealing, i self medicated  but it hasnt completely stopped.

: As always - if it is not resolving, it is best to have it looked at by your physician. In the meantime, try using a barrier diaper cream/chafing cream. (In the US - Boudreau's Butt Paste is often used by cyclists and runners). These creams reduce prolonged moisture exposure and protect the skin.

Appears extreme: It should be seen, and assessed. Uncommon to fix by surgery, but should be assessed for such intervention.

Possibly: Some fungal infections (tinea, trichosporon...) can be spread by contact or through fomites (objects that may become colonized with the organisms like towels).  Handwashing works.  Avoid sharing towels and clothing (especially athletic types), wipe down workout equipment with antimicrobial towels.  Depends on the agent, duration of contact, and your immune systems function...And good or bad luck.

Fungal infections: Depends upon whether you are referring to skin (superficial dermatomycoses), or to systemic fungal infections.  The latter are often managed by our fixed tissue immune mechanisms, and may suggest immune deficiency which needs aggressive evaluation.
